Hi Shivani,
eligibility - nothing. just 12th pass for UG courses. maybe there is an upper age limit. chk teh NIFT page on ths blog for everything about preparation.

my dream is to b a fashion designer i was pursuing ma graduation bt have quited it n now m gonna fill nift forms……….
i passd ma 12th wid commerce stream……
wat r d eligiblity for getin admitted in nift ??
n wat preparations can b practiced for clearin d entrance…..
n wat’s d eligiblity to clear d written exams……..???

divya..too many questions and i don’t have answers to most of them as i am a pro at only NIFT prep and prospective placements. i didn’t attend college placements. currently, i am working as a copywriter at illum design studio in delhi.

mam i forgot tell u one thingtht this year uptu started first time batchelor of fashion and apparell designing so wht u say i should join tht private designing college who is jst going first time to start designing course my rank is 120 in tht ,,

malvika mam thanks a lot for thinking deeply on my matter thn providing me best options tht i should follow

but mam in these options i m not going to do job after my diploma as i wnt to go for further studies

so two options remaining
btech joining
nift 1 year course

so in both which one u will suggest best mam i again i m not going for job after diploma in textile tht i hav done.

mam wht nid see in a aspirant his ideative mind or sketch skill
