Gurgaon Cycle Service
Here is some important information I got from Sanjit, Rajesh, Manish, Anand, Ganesh and Ashok. Thought it might be of use to someone, so putting it up.
My Q: Can you please tell me where in Gurgaon can I get my cycle serviced. It’s a Trek 3700. How much will it cost?

I have used both Firefox in Plaza and Lodhi Sports on MG Road. I find Lodhi's service better. Call Lodhi sports on 01126501691 and they will be able to tell you. This is the big shop on MG road at Ghitorni.
You could visit the Firefox showroom on MG road. If you cross DT City Centre to your left, towards Gurgaon, it is in the MGF Mall (Not to be confused with MGF Metropolitan that is opposite DT City Centre). It would come immediately after you cross Essel Towers to your left. It is the same mall that has Lodhi Sports and Khaja Chowk.
The FFx guys at Plaza mall take 150-200 Rs for complete servicing, essentially all adjustments, greasing & some superficial cleaning. The can also send a mechanic home. You can call up Sanjay (Shop Manager) & check/fix-up 91 124 4384900. Servicing costs are Rs 150 (for Firefox bikes), Rs 250 for Trek bikes.
